Investigating an Emerging Issue with Letra
Start with an available result, inspect the source records, and keep the finding with the work.
A result changes. Several customers describe a similar problem. A shipping target slips. Before treating the pattern as an incident, your team needs to establish what the available evidence supports.
Letra, the AI built into BearScope, helps your team work through that investigation. It can use available workspace context, help explore a finding, and keep useful discussion with the work. Source coverage and freshness set the limits of the answer.
Ask a question tied to a result
Start from the page you are reading. Open a KPI, check its definition and period, then ask Letra about that result with the page context attached.
“What changed in the orders missing this target?” is a stronger starting point than “What’s wrong with shipping?” The first question gives the investigation a period, a measure, and a set of records to check.
Follow the evidence
Use Analytics to inspect the underlying records. Order intelligence and Conversations can add available fulfillment and customer context.
Compare like with like. A warehouse shipping target and a made-to-order target may describe different work. An incomplete source may explain a change in the chart without establishing a change in customer experience.
Letra’s analysis helps form a hypothesis. Your team checks it against the records before deciding what it means. This workflow does not establish continuous semantic clustering across every channel or automatic detection within minutes.
Save the investigation
Keep useful discussion and findings so another team member can return to the evidence and decision. Saved work helps separate an initial suspicion from the conclusion reached after review.
A daily decision can also show a proposed next step. When it is in shadow mode, it records what the AI would propose; it does not establish that an action ran.
Make the response reviewable
An investigation should end with a next step someone owns. Use Work for cases, waiting customers, and approvals, or the Tracker for a fix that spans teams.
Customer outreach, carrier traces, and account changes each require their own supported capability and permission. Seeing a connected record does not grant authority to change it.
