Find your
kind of AI.

A good demo should leave you with a clear decision. Bring a few familiar cases and use these questions to find out what fits.

Try the work
you know best.

Choose a conversation your team has handled. You’ll know what a helpful reply looks like, where the answer lives, and when a person should step in.

01

Show me the source.

Pick a reply with an order status or customer detail. Ask to see the record behind it. Check that facts and inferences are easy to tell apart.

02

What if it doesn’t know?

Try a case without a delivery date or a clear answer. Look for an honest gap and a useful next step.

03

Who approves the action?

Ask when a draft becomes a sent message. See who can approve it, which checks run, and how the result is recorded.

04

Can my team take over?

Try a request outside the AI agent’s role. Check that the handoff includes the conversation, available records, and what still needs an answer.

05

Does the review help?

Bring a conversation your team has graded. Compare the scores and see whether the coaching points to a specific improvement.

06

What happens after the demo?

Agree on a first workflow, the access it needs, and who owns it. Leave knowing what’s available and what setup involves.

Questions,
answered.

Should I bring a customer conversation?

Use an authorized example and agree how it will be handled before sharing it. A representative fictional case can work too.

What should we leave with?

A clear understanding of the workflow, its sources, approval rules, and the next step for your team.

Bring your questions. All of them.
