See the work.
Follow it through.
A tour of the current BearScope experience: from a waiting customer to owned work, source evidence, a checked decision, and a measured result.

One workspace.
Several useful next steps.
Start with the job your team needs to do. The pages share connected context; each workflow keeps its own owner, state, and evidence.
Follow four workflows in the current app. The records below are fictional; the views and action boundaries reflect the product.
01Customers at stakeFind the customer who needs attention
Who needs a call?
| Account | Buying rhythm | Attention |
|---|---|---|
| Northwind Retail | Usually every 14 days 132 days since last order | Overdue |
| Harbor Print | Usually every 30 days 46 days since last order | Watch list |
| Maple Goods | Ordered again yesterday Previously overdue | Returned |
Read Northwind’s call brief
The account is beyond its measured overdue threshold: 132 days since its last order, a 14-day usual gap, and a 75-day longest historical gap. Review its recent purchases and linked support history before calling. Historical revenue helps size the account; it does not establish revenue lost.

02QualityRecover the handoff and fix the cause
Pick up what’s waiting.
Customers waiting
No human reply has been observed since the AI handoff.
Inspect the handoff
Read the conversation and what remains unresolved. Claim the follow-up in the workspace, then reply through the connected support tool. The waiting item closes when a human reply is observed.
Possible missed promises are AI-detected and wait for a person’s check.
Issues to fix
Related conversations stay with the issue.
Follow the fix
Assign the cause to an owner, record the proposed change in Tracker, and check whether it helped before closing the issue.

Inspect the late lines
| Order line | Due | Observed shipment |
|---|---|---|
| NW-204 / 1 | Monday | Tuesday · late |
| NW-208 / 2 | Tuesday | Thursday · late |
Keep the source window and promise basis with the result. A policy deadline does not predict when an order will ship.

Letra decisions
Decision recorded in shadow. No action executed.
Read the decision
Inspect the available evidence, proposed response, and configured mode. A recorded decision and an executed action are different events.

Start in Work.
Use the Queue for quotes, cases, waiting customers, and held decisions. Open the record, assign responsibility, or move a recurring fix onto the Tracker.
Recover and improve in Quality.
Pick up an unanswered AI handoff, check a possible missed promise, work a review round, or build a coaching session. Follow recurring issues and customer outcomes without ranking people.
Look at Customers at stake.
Find repeat buyers overdue against their own rhythm. Open a call brief and account history, then measure human outreach against a held-back group.
Follow the KPI into evidence.
Inspect a supported result’s source records, reporting period, and coverage. Keep warehouse, made-to-order, policy due dates, and settled results distinct.
Ask Letra where you are.
Ask about the page or lasso the records you want to understand. Inspect the citations and return to a saved discussion; review held plans and uncertain matches in Approvals.
Plan the people behind it.
Build and publish the week in Workforce, check cover right now, and review time off, swaps, and changes. Agents see their own day.
Check the controls.
Open Settings for AI rules, shadow decisions, guardrails, skills, and draft tests. Bench tools are off; deployed actions, source configuration, and permissions are separate checks.
Questions,
answered.
Is every screen included in every workspace?
Modules, source coverage, roles, and plan allowances vary. Confirm the scope and enabled capabilities for your workspace during implementation.
Is this a live customer workspace?
Public demonstrations use fictional records. A guided demo can show the supported workflow and its boundaries without exposing customer data.
What can the app change today?
The current gateway supports internal worklist acknowledgement, resolution, and reopening. Customer messages, quote sends, and win-back outreach remain with people in the source systems.
