Getting started

A good start.
For better work.

Start with one workflow your team knows well. Connect its records, decide what good looks like, and build from there.

Silver knobs and sockets across a black modular control panel.

Something small.
Something useful.

A quote waiting on sales. An order exception crossing teams. Choose a familiar piece of work and use it to shape your first BearScope workflow.

01

Choose the work.

Pick a frequent question and a person to own it. Write down what starts the workflow, which records it needs, and what should happen next.

02

Find the right sources.

Identify the conversation and order records you’ll use. Check that they can be linked and that the required details are present.

03

Bring a few examples.

Include a straightforward case, one with missing information, and one that needs a person. For quality reviews, add a conversation your reviewers disagree on.

04

Review the first results.

Read the finding with its source. Check the draft before it reaches a customer. Ask your team what’s useful and what they would change.

05

Decide when to hand over.

Set the requests that need a person and choose who receives them. Include the context that person will need to carry on.

06

Build on what works.

Agree on the results you need before expanding access or adding another workflow. Keep your team involved in that decision.

Questions,
answered.

What if we don’t have a formal rubric?

Start with the criteria your team already uses to judge a reply. Add examples and agree on what makes the difference.

How many systems should we connect?

Just those needed for your first workflow. Add others as the work calls for them.

Let’s take the first step.
