Implementation

A great start
starts small.

Choose a workflow, confirm its sources, and agree on what counts as complete. We’ll define the setup, action scope, and launch checks with you.

Begin with
something familiar.

A delivery question. A quality review. Start with work your team knows well, so the first results are easy to check and useful from the outset.

01

Choose the first job.

Start with waiting customers, quote handoff, repeat-buyer follow-up, or a schedule. Name the owner, the deadline, and the measure of completion.

02

Check the records.

Confirm connection health, identity links, fields, history, and permissions. A catalog listing or saved credential does not establish usable data in a workspace.

03

Review the evidence.

Compare source records with the app’s measures and AI drafts. Check missing data, provisional periods, and a few cases your team already knows.

04

Agree what may run.

Document reading, human review, shadow decisions, and the supported changes enabled for the launch. Current gateway actions update internal BearScope worklist records; external delivery and fulfillment remain separate.

Questions,
answered.

How long does setup take?

It depends on source access, mapping work, and the chosen workflow. We’ll agree on the scope, responsibilities, and timing before launch.

Who should be involved?

The workflow owner, source-system owner, and person approving access. Include the quality or workforce lead where those workflows are in scope.

How do we know what is available?

Confirm the deployment’s enabled modules, connected sources, supported fields, action inventory, and plan allowance. The walkthrough explains the current experience; your workspace’s readiness shows its actual setup.

Let’s make a good start.
